Shipping policy

Please allow 10~14 days from order confirmation to shipment, and 15 days from shipment to delivery.


Immediate delivery" items will be shipped in 1~3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

The above delivery times are estimates. Shipping may be delayed depending on circumstances.

Shipping charges are not included.

For standard shipments, tracking information will be posted once the package has cleared customs, been picked up in Japan, and handed over to the shipping company. It takes approximately 5 days to clear customs.

If there is a delay in customs clearance, the delivery of your order may be delayed beyond the above-mentioned date.
