About delivery and delivery period

It takes about 10 to 14 days from order confirmation to shipping, and about 15 days from shipping to delivery.

*If there is a delay in customs clearance due to overseas delivery, the delivery date may also be delayed.

*"Ready to ship" products will be shipped within 1 to 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

* The above days are a guideline. Shipping may be delayed depending on the situation.

*If your address or phone number is incomplete, please be sure to reply to our confirmation message. We will not be able to ship your order until we receive the correct information.

For normally delivered products, tracking information will be reflected once the item has been cleared by customs and handed over to the domestic collection and delivery company. Normally, it takes approximately 7 days for customs clearance, but if there is a delay in customs clearance, product delivery may be delayed from the above scheduled date.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to such reasons.

Regarding long-term absence/incorrect address

If the customer is absent, please request redelivery yourself using the absence notification.

Items whose storage period has passed due to absence or incorrect address will be automatically returned to the international carrier and disposed of.

Products that have passed their storage period will be discarded, and we will not be able to accept reshipping, refunds, etc. under any circumstances.

If cancellations continue due to customer circumstances (long-term absence, incorrect address), we will take measures to restrict payment methods.

Please make sure to receive your ordered items within the specified period.

About changing shipping address

You may cancel or change your order or address within 30 minutes of placing your order.
