- When creating product pages, we make every effort to reproduce the actual colors through color correction, but the colors may look quite different depending on the customer's monitor environment and settings.
Additionally, the color tone will vary depending on whether you view the product indoors under fluorescent lights or outdoors under natural light, so please consider the shooting environment when viewing the product.

Flow until the product arrives

It takes about 10 to 14 days from order confirmation to shipping, and about 15 days from shipping to delivery.

Products marked as "immediate delivery" will be shipped domestically within 1 to 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

*Deposit confirmation will be made on the next business day after the order date, regardless of the payment method.

1) Once we receive your order, we will send you an "Order Confirmation Email".
2) After completing the shipping procedure with the shipping company, we will send you a "Notification of product shipping completion" email.

*If you purchase multiple items, the items may be shipped in the order they are ready.

Regarding long-term absence/incorrect address

If the customer is absent, please request redelivery yourself using the absence notification.

Items whose storage period has passed due to absence or incorrect address will be automatically returned to the international carrier and disposed of.

Products that have passed their storage period will be discarded, and we will not be able to accept reshipping, refunds, etc. under any circumstances.

If cancellations continue due to customer circumstances (long-term absence, incorrect address), we will take measures to restrict payment methods.

Please make sure to receive your ordered items within the specified period.

Regarding cancellation/change of delivery address

You may cancel or change your order or address within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If you wish to place an order, please contact us by using the Contact Us form or by sending us an e-mail here, stating "Order ID starting with #" and your name.

Please note that we may not be able to accept order cancellations for ordered items (non-cancellable pre-order items, sale items, etc.). Please understand this in advance.
